We stock fresh and organic wholefoods and fair trade products, we also sell online a full range of 100% organic beef, lamb, poultry and cooked meats and everything organic, from fresh food to household products.

The contents of the vegetables boxes are altered weekly to reflect local seasonal availability. We use local producers as much as possible.

All of our lamb and beef is sourced on farms in West Wales.

We are certified by the Quality Welsh Food Certification and nearly all our products are Certified Organic.

Please note deliveries must be placed by 11 o'clock on Tuesday, and are delivered on either Thursday or Friday, we will confirm by e-mail
